UberStations shares a station directory with DAR.fm - the DVR for radio. Go to DAR.fm/suggest.php and sign up for an account - it's free and requires just an email address.
Once logged it go to DAR.fm/suggest.php and follow the onscreen instructions to add a station and it will be live in UberStations in approximately 3 minutes.
